A month ago I received this very awesome package in the mail from the lovely people over at Cut it Out. Beautiful blank frames just waiting to get some color & life to them. The shape of them was simply gorgeous, and I couldn't wait to get my hands on them.
For three of them, I started with a white base coat--which I used a simple acrylic paint.
For the yellow frame, I used a pale yellow acrylic paint.
For the stripes, I used painters tape to create the lines, than used gray & yellow paint.
I sanded all the edges for an antique look.
Pretty simple, right?!

The frames add life to the room. I love how much they brighten up this space.
