I LOVE finding inexpensive ideas from the Dollar Store. While I was doing my usual perusing down the holiday aisle, I came across these little snowflakes. I thought that surely there was something that could be done with them. So I purchased them & brought them home.
After thinking about it for a day, I came up with something. For Halloween, my mother-in-law sent this really cute spider runner, so that sparked the idea for this.
This is a very inexpensive & easy project, check it out..

Supplies:
Styrofoam Snowflakes--package of 6
Sparkly Snowflake ornaments--package of 3
Spray paint--optional
Glue gun
scissors

On five of the snowflakes, cut off one tip, as shown above.
Then connect the snowflakes in a row, using hot glue. The last snowflake does not need to be cut. Refer to the above picture for where to glue.

Since my home is not decorating using silver for the holidays, I decided to spray the 3 snowflakes red. I love the pop of color it gives. Then glue them to the snowflake runner.

Happy holiday crafting!
