Before Olivia was born, over 2 1/2 years ago, I got this great idea of buying an old piece of furniture & restoring it. A few problems though, it was July in NC, which is insanely hot, & I was 9 months pregnant. So the job was quickly passed to my dear husband, who was not really on board with doing it himself. And so this lovely old dresser sat in our garage for, well, 2 1/2 years. I had completely given up on it, and it actually made a really great shelve in our garage--totally joking. :) Steve decided he wanted to finish it, right before Zac was born, and that is just what he did.
In my opinion, it was definitely worth the 2 1/2 year wait. I love it.
Thanks babe, you have mad skills. :)

Sanded, primed & spray-painted.

Ps--we scored the dresser for $20. After it was all finished, it cost just under $100.
PPs--did you know when we bought this it was going to be painted white?? I am so glad we went with yellow.

Here are the supplies that were used, in case you were wondering.
