With all the new things that were happening in the loft, I knew our old wood desk would look out of place. So I decided to spruce it up a bit.
Just a little primer, Heirloom white spray paint & hardware to give it a new look.
Oh, & do you see that new chair?? Yes, that was definitely a find! Remember that old junk shop I mentioned in the Apothecary Jar post? Well that is exactly where I found this ($20) chair! Brand new, might I add!

do you have to sand down the desk? My husband always tells me you have to sand down everything before repainting or refinishing it or else it won't stay, which is why I never redo anything because sanding is a lot of work. If it isn't wood, can you repaint it as well?
